Concert: Devin Scillian & Arizona Son

Concert: Smokin’ 45s Rock & Blues Review

Formed by veterans of the Detroit music scene, the Smokin’ 45s perform a blend of blues and rock music, influenced by electric Chicago blues, British rock/blues bands of the ’60s and ’70s, and even the American garage and surf bands. All music performed with a lively, energetic stage show. Performances are scheduled for noon and 7 p.m. in the SC4 Fine Arts Theatre.

Art teachers from all St. Clair County K-12 schools have been invited to choose student work for the exhibition. The 52nd annual elementary show runs from Feb. 3 to 15. A reception will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6. Celebrate the 62nd edition of Patterns magazine, Michigan’s oldest literary and arts publication aimed at showcasing student writing talent and works of art.
