SUMMARY:Lunar Quest Open Mission
DESCRIPTION:The Challenger Learning Center at SC4 is hosting a Community Mission for space enthusiasts. Our center will be flying the Lunar Quest mission which tasks crews to investigate the lunar surface and determine if conditions are viable for a long-term lunar habitat. The flight requires a minimum of 14 and a maximum of 34 participants to run. \n\n\n\nLunar Quest is recommended for learners in 5th grade and beyond. We ask that single-participant minors are accompanied by an adult\, 18 years or older\, for the duration of the mission. DESCRIPTION:Location: College Center \n\n\n\nJoin us for a safe viewing of the near-total solar eclipse\, it’s sure to be a spectacular sight! \n\n\n\nThe total phase of the solar eclipse is not visible in Port Huron\, but it can be observed as a partial solar eclipse with 98.1% coverage. The Moon covers a large portion of the Sun\, so it will be a sight to see.
