Patterns is a magazine of student literature and art that has been published annually for 60 years. Patterns is the longest continually published community college literary and arts magazine in Michigan featuring student work. Any student enrolled at St. Clair County Community College is eligible to submit work for consideration.

The artwork deadline for the 60th Edition of the Patterns was Dec. 1, 2017 and the deadline for the writing entries was Dec. 13, 2017. The winners will be notified by mail and the winners will be honored at a reception in April 2018.
