Marketing and Promotions

This form is designed to help SC4 faculty and staff request marketing and promotional support for programs, services, initiatives, and events. Please complete all applicable fields to ensure our team has the information needed to evaluate and fulfill your request.

Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to scheduling availability, institutional priorities, and brand alignment. Please allow at least 1–2 business days for initial processing. Standard lead times vary depending on the type of request.

Our communication team continues to look into ways to be more strategic and better serve our college community. We want to ensure everyone is aware of all the great events and activities happening across campus.

Use the form below to submit project requests, tell us about internal and external events and activities, as well as any public-facing events and activities that could bring visitors to campus, such as athletic tournaments, field trips, rentals, co-sponsored events, and other cool things.

As you do, please provide the details – the who, what, where, when, and why. The communication team will add more events to our planning guide and promote them through the platforms we deem best for the intended audience.
