Join SC4 Cinema on June 17 for a special evening of film and conversation with Professor Daniel Herbert (University of Michigan). Herbert will discuss his book Maverick Movies: New Line Cinema and the Transformation of American Film, exploring the rise of the groundbreaking studio behind hits like Nightmare on Elm Street, Rush Hour, and The Lord of the Rings. The evening includes a live talk, audience Q&A, and book signing—followed by a screening of the cult-classic 1990 comedy House Party.
