Sexual Assault Prevention, Awareness and Survival Program

SC4 will present a Sexual Assault Prevention, Awareness and Survival program from 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday, April 26, in the SC4 Fine Arts Theatre.

The event is free and open to community, students and staff members. Cori Krohn, SC4’s executive director of campus patrol and training/Title IX coordinator will serve as moderator.

Presentations and presenters include:

• Sexual Assault Survival — Survivor
• Sexual assault awareness, prevention and reporting — James A. Jones, SC4 Professor of Criminal Justice
• Help for sexual assault survivors — Fadeelah Rahkaim, Blue Water Safe Horizons and Alyssa Seidl, St. Clair County Health Department
• Campus security, crime prevention and services — Alex Allen, Port Huron Police Department and SC4 College Resource Officer; and James Welch, SC4 Public Safety Officer
