Michigan State University’s Institute of Agricultural Technology (MSU IAT) has signed an agreement with St. Clair County Community College (SC4) to offer the Agricultural Operations certificate program beginning Fall 2026. This collaboration provides world-class agricultural education to students in the greater Port Huron region.
