Associate Degree Nursing (AASRN) application deadline April 1 of the application year for a fall semester start
Associate Degree Nursing (AASRN) application deadline October 1 for start the following winter semester
Licensed Practical Nursing (CERLP) application deadline September 1 for start the following winter semester
Radiologic Technology (AASRD) application deadline February 1 of the application year for a summer semester start
Respiratory Therapy (AASRP) application deadline June 30 of the application year for a fall semester start
Transition Nursing (AASNT) application deadline October 1 for start the following winter semester

If you are interested in applying for the allied health degree program or the therapeutic massage program, you do not need to fill out this health sciences application. Please proceed to sc4.edu/apply to fill out the general application.
