A student’s Skippers OneCard is an official college photo ID and serves as the student’s college library card. A OneCard is necessary to receive services in many departments on campus.

To get an ID, you must first get your photo taken at the Testing Center check-in desk. Students must show a valid driver license, state ID card or passport.

Your Skippers OneCard is an important tool. It is not only your college photo ID, but also allows you to:

  • Access college library resources.
  • Access financial aid refunds.
  • Make purchases at the College Bookstore using your financial aid account.
  • Access services in numerous campus departments.
  • Pay using vending machines on campus. Learn about depositing money to your OneCard.

NOTE: It pays to be a Skipper! There are numerous discounts and promotions available at local businesses by showing your OneCard or employee ID.

To get your ID 

To get an ID, a student must first get his/her photo taken at the Testing Center check-in desk in the College Center. Students must show a valid driver’s license, state ID card, or passport. If you have questions regarding the Skippers OneCard email skippersonecard@sc4.edu.

When you receive your Skippers OneCard, activate it at skippersonecard.com. Click the green “Get Started!” button and follow the steps.

Did you confirm your address?

Important: If you haven’t yet made sure we have your correct mailing address to send your ID card, please confirm your mailing address with SC4 and the U.S. Postal Service today.

To confirm your address please email enrollmentservices@sc4.edu or go to the sc4.edu/portal and login, then follow the steps below:

  • Select “Service Center.”
  • Select ‘User Options’ from the list of choices presented in the dark gray bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
  • Select “User Profile.”
  • Select “+ Add New Address.”
  • Enter your information for your new address.
  • Select “Add Address.”

If you’ve moved and haven’t filed a change of address with the post office, you must do that as soon as possible to ensure your mail is delivered correctly. You can complete the official Change of Address Form at your local post office or online by at usps.com.

Important: You need to ensure your address is correct with BOTH the college and the post office.
