Charges for this contract will be billed to the resident’s student account. Housing pricing and fees for the 2022-23 academic year are listed below.
Single occupancy: $9,520 an academic year

Fall 2022: $4,760 due Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2022
Winter 2023: $4,760 due Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2023.
Double occupancy (standard): $6,340 an academic year

Triple occupancy: $5,580 an academic year

Early Arrival and Winter Break Extended Stay in College Housing – Student-Athletes or International Students only may request in advance for extended stays to live in college housing at the rate of $300. College Housing Staff is very limited during this time frame and only student-athletes with permission of their respective coach or international students may be considered for extended stays.
Note: All rooms are suite-style rooms. Each roommate shares a room and private bathroom with all other roommates.
Pricing includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi internet and parking.
Pricing does not include the optional Elevate Meal Plan.
Out-of-district students living in College Housing pay in-district tuition rates. International students do not receive in-district tuition rates.

Most forms of financial aid can assist with the cost of housing, just like normal tuition. Understand, however, that by living on campus, financial aid packages may adjust higher or lower, depending on the original financial aid award.
