Accessing the Main Building Parking Lot with Brivo Mobile Pass
SC4 uses the Brivo access control system to manage the Main Building parking lot gate. Faculty and staff from designated buildings should receive a welcome email from Brivo with the steps required to download the app and register your device. Once complete, you can access the lot via your mobile device.
If you are unable to use the app on your mobile device, you may request a physical proximity badge. To do so, please complete the Brivo badge request form. Once approved, Campus Patrol will assign you a new card.
Note: For the best experience, complete the steps below from your mobile device.
Instructions for Setting Up the Brivo App:
Once you have received an email from Brivo, open it. It will look similar to this:

- Download the App on your mobile device:
- For iPhone users: Download the Brivo app from the Apple App Store.
- For Android users: Download the Brivo app from the Google Play Store.
- After it installs, it will give you a tutorial, and then ask you to allow “Brivo Pass” to find Bluetooth devices. This is required to allow the gate to open.

- Add the Brivo Mobile Pass to your account:
- After downloading, do not log in. Just go back to your email from Brivo and select the Add Pass to Account button.
- It will open Brivo Mobile Pass and add your pass to your account.

- Once added, simply tap on the gate button to open the gate.
