SC4 High School Honors Band Workshop
December 11 at 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST
High school band students are invited to participate in the SC4 High School Honors Band Workshop, an exciting day of music-making and learning featuring Dr. Norman Wika of Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU) as guest conductor.
Participants will spend the day on the SC4 campus rehearsing, developing their musicianship, and collaborating with talented student musicians from throughout the region. The workshop will culminate in a 7:00 PM performance in the Fine Arts Theatre, where students will showcase the music they have prepared throughout the day.
The $25 registration fee includes:
- Honors Band participation
- T-shirt
- Two meals
- Music and instructional activities throughout the day
This enriching experience is open to all high school band students interested in growing as musicians, meeting fellow performers, and experiencing a collegiate music environment.
