St. Clair County Community College Women’s Soccer to Host Opening Weekend Matches

PORT HURON, Mich. – The St. Clair County Community College (SC4) women’s soccer team is set to face a pair of opponents from Illinois this weekend to begin the 2026-27 season. The Skippers will battle both Parkland College and Morton College this Saturday, August 22 and Sunday, August 23, at SC4 Soccer Field at Morton Park.

Jackson College will also be in action over the weekend to make the event a four-team opening-weekend.

There will be two matches each day. On Saturday, Jackson will face Morton in the opener at 5 p.m., before SC4 tangles with Parkland at 7 p.m. to kick off the Skippers’ new campaign.

Sunday will feature morning action between Jackson and Parkland at 11 a.m., with SC4 and Morton following at 1 p.m.

Admission is free for all regular-season home dates for both men’s and women’s soccer at the SC4 Soccer Field at Morton Park.

Those unable to attend in person can follow along in two different ways. First, all four matches will be live-streamed for free on YouTube, which is the first time that SC4 has offered this type of stream. Streams can be found on the @sc4athletics YouTube page.

Second, live stats will be provided for all four matches. Links to stats for the two SC4 contests can be found on SC4Skippers.com.
