• If you are a Dependent student, your parent must sign this form. An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided on your FAFSA for your parent to sign and complete this form.
• Please check your student portal at portal.sc4.edu to see if more forms are required for your financial aid. In the Service Center, click “College Credit Students,” “Service Center,” “Financial Aid,” “Required Documents.”
• In the event you are required to complete more documents, you may access them from the sc4.edu/forms page. You can then upload them via a link sent to your SC4 e-mail, or print them and either e-mail them to financialaid@sc4.edu or submit them at the One Stop located in the SC4 Welcome Center.
• Once all of your financial aid forms have been submitted, your financial aid package will be complete in 4-6 weeks. Please watch your student portal for details.
