Water Street

Water Street Dorms at SC4 offer students a comfortable and convenient living experience just steps from campus. Located on the third floor, students can choose between private rooms with king beds or shared rooms featuring two queen beds. Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower and/or tub, along with in-room amenities like a television, mini fridge, microwave, desk and chair, and permanent wall décor. Many rooms boast scenic views of the city or waterfront, adding to the appeal. A spacious second-floor common area provides a welcoming space for studying and dining, while student parking is available directly outside the building for easy access.

College Housing Residents have access to both buildings and their associated amenities. A communal kitchen is available for all residents at the Huron Street Housing location (across the street from the Bard Street location).
