Bank Dorms at SC4 offer students a comfortable and convenient living experience just steps from campus. Located on the third and fourth floor, students can choose between private rooms with one Twin XL bed or shared rooms featuring two Twin XL beds. Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower and/or tub, along with in-room amenities like a desk and chair, and permanent wall décor. Some rooms include TVs. Many rooms boast scenic views of the city or waterfront, adding to the appeal. A spacious second-floor common area provides a welcoming space for studying and dining, while student parking is available directly outside the building for easy access.

College Housing Residents have access to both buildings and their associated amenities. A communal kitchen is available for all residents at the Huron Street Housing location (across the street from the Bard Street location).
