Wellness
Wellness
Wellness is one avenue for SC4 to embody the values
of the SC4 Board of Trustees.
Statement of Wellness
SC4 is committed to the holistic health of each student, faculty and staff member. Our campus welcomes individuals from all walks of life and celebrates differences. We believe the starting point for a thriving campus is cultivating a culture of belonging where each person is seen, heard and welcome. To achieve this goal, SC4 is committed to providing resources and opportunities for holistic growth in each of the eight dimensions of wellness.
Eight Dimensions of Wellness

Caring for the body through physical activity, nutrition and other practices to promote healthy living.

Emotional

Spiritual
Engaging in practices to understand individual beliefs, values and purpose and how to live out each of these in daily life.

Professional
Sustaining life needs and finding personal fulfillment through meaningful employment.

Financial
