Statement of Wellness

Eight Dimensions of Wellness

Physical

Caring for the body through physical activity, nutrition and other practices to promote healthy living.

Emotional

Understanding, navigating, and taking action to express emotions in healthy ways, both in difficult situations and in everyday life. 

Social

Building and maintaining healthy relationships and belonging to a community that encourages acceptance and appreciation for cultural backgrounds and individual uniqueness.

Engaging in activities that stimulate the mind, challenge and stretch individuals to grow in their creativity and curiosity through developing new skills.

Developing pleasant, stimulating and welcoming spaces that support all in their holistic health journeys. This includes caring for the world and individual environments through sustainable and healthy practices.
